We invite you to experience live dinner shows in our Broadcast Kitchen Studio located at Rustic Kitchen Bistro and Bar at Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs.

Show Dates:
Every Friday Night and the 1st Saturday Night of the Month
April 16th, 23rd, & 30th
May 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th

$55-$65 per person at 7:00pm

Kate will begin by demonstrating how to put together an Antipasto Platter which is sure to be a hit at your next dinner party. As your main entrée, enjoy Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s signature "Not Your Everyday Pan Roasted Chicken", boneless whole chicken is stuffed with prosciutto, roasted red, yellow & green peppers, roasted jalapeno peppers & roasted garlic . We roll it, wrap it & poach it. Then pan roast it. The chicken will be served with the pan juices, potato cake & balsamic glazed cipollini onions.

Served with your dinner will be a wine pairing selection of the "Collegiata Montepulciano di Abruzzo", a classic Italian red wine with smooth, medium body packed with ripe fruit flavors with hints of sour cherry & spice.

Kate will also give you the tricks of the trade to make a tempting and luscious Espresso Crème Brulee topped with fresh whipped cream for dessert.

**Guests are asked to arrive by 6:30pm and seating in the studio will begin at 7pm. Check in at the host stand. During the course of the show, ice water and wine will be served. Guests are welcome to purchase drinks at the bar prior to the show to take into the studio kitchen. Vegetarian options are available.

All tickets must be purchased in advance via Credit Card or Players Rewards Points and are non-refundable. Due to limited seating, cancellations will not be refunded.

Kate will begin by demonstrating how to make Fresh Mozzarella Cheese which will be used in our first course, a Winter Caprese Salad with wood fire roasted tomatoes & aged balsamic vinegar and as your main entrée, enjoy Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s signature "Seafood Ravioli" a milange of fresh seafood including shrimp, scallops & white fish stuffed into fresh pasta sheets and served in a classic "Newburg" style sauce.

Served with your dinner will be a wine pairing selection of the "Murphy Goode Fume Blanc", which boasts a citrus tropical flavor profile, resulting in a glorious blend of texture, bright notes of grapefruit and hints of tangerine.

Kate will also give you the tricks of the trade to make a tempting and luscious Banana Rice Pudding Canoli topped with warm Bananas Foster for dessert.

Take home Chef Kate’s tips and secrets to re-create this meal in your very own home just in time for the Holidays!

with a Picnic in the Park!


Join host, Kate Gabriele , as she discusses all things chicken including the break down of a whole chicken and shows you how to prepare a scrumptious, romantic picnic dinner for two. Wet your appetites with imported cheeses, a fantastic Mushroom Pate and crackers followed by Buttermilk Fried Chicken and two great salads; a Roasted Spring Vegetable and Orzo salad with Feta Cheese and a Fennel Slaw. The meal is perfectly paired with La Vis Pinot Grigio, a wine delicately perfumed with scents of flowers and spice with a crisp citrus finish. To finish the meal Kate will make "Goddess Cookies", made with special Valrohna chocolate and pecans.

Show tickets vary per show and are based on availability

All Show reservations are nonrefundable
(much like purchasing a ticket to the theatre or a sporting event).

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send someone else in your place. In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as the Show is cancelled and a full refund will be issued. If the Show is held, no refunds will be issued due to the weather.
